First of all, I would have to say that my aunt seemed a rather picky and straightforward person. And for this reason, whenever she is not satisfied with something, she usually expresses it openly. And the most recent complaint that I have heard of hers was about a poor service at a bakery.
It happened a few days ago when I was going with her to a birthday cake for my younger brother. The shop was so crowded, and everyone had to queue up for payment. The long waiting time, along with the hot weather, had put me and her in a bad mood and become impatient . When it finally came to my turn, suddenly the salesgirl prioritized a big guy standing after me, just because he bought three cakes and I bought only one. I was really annoyed by this. And after the guy disappeared, my aunt turned to the salesgirl and started to complain her about this. After listening to her explanation , we left the queue and went directly to the shop owner and said that she was really dissatisfied with the shop's service and the salesgirl's manner . I complained that I had been unfairly treated , and then I left the shop.
The day after that, the shop owner called me and my aunt and said sorry for this with the promise to give me a voucher. We were quite satisfied with my complaint because of the coupon they promised, but honestly, I will give it to another person or give it away as I will never come to this shop again.
