Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The bar chart illustrates how the amount of recyclable materials at a plant changed between 2011 and 2015. Overall, while all categories generally witnessed increases, paper waste trended upwards the most. In addition, paper was the most abundant type of waste in both 2011 and 2015.

In 2011, paper accounted for 60 tons at the recycling center, which was the highest amount. This was followed by the levels for glass, tins, and garden refuse, with around 48, 35 and 32 tons, in that order. Over the next years, the figure for paper declined to a low of 40 tons in 2013, but recovered and hit its all-time high in 2015. The amount of collected glass, meanwhile, fluctuated between approximately 40 and 50 tons, and notably overtook paper in 2013. Both tins and garden waste, first reached their lowest points of 27 and 15 tons, respectively, before witnessing upward trends in the data.

In 2015, the amount of paper waste at this recycling center had peaked at 70 tons, dwarfing all other categories. Glass made up the second-highest figure, with around 52 tons, which was equivalent to three-fourths the level for paper. While there were nearly 40 tons of tins collected by this center, the data of garden refuse was lowest, being half of the amount of paper waste.
