Oh wow, this is common in my homeland and Vietnamese hospitality perhaps is renowned for that. I don’t know exactly when and why but apparently that is how we grow up being taught that you should live for the community and having guests at home is really nice and it brings good luck. In cities, the hustle and bustle sometimes lead to a more reserved approach, with people having busy schedules. However, urbanites might compensate by frequenting public spaces for socialization, such as cafes or parks.

I am not sure actually. If I take Vietnam into consideration, famous sites are often placed far away from the cities, which boast natural beauty, serene landscapes and cultural experiences, like Ha Giang majestic mountains and loops, Sapa towns in the northern uplands, or Ha Long bay with thousands of cliffs. Meanwhile, cities like Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang also are diverse and attract large crowds. They offer a blend of historical, cultural and modern attractions. Both settings contribute uniquely to the tourism landscape, offering distinct experiences to visitors.
