TOEIC Results: Procedures for Receiving Your Score Certificate & Exam Results

If you’ve taken the official TOEIC test administered by IIG Vietnam, you can check your TOEIC results online before obtaining the official TOEIC Score Certificate issued by IIG Vietnam—the official representative of ETS (Educational Testing Service).

I. How to Receive Your TOEIC Results

Typically, after 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), candidates can check their TOEIC results online.

Candidates will receive one TOEIC International Test Result Certificate (hard copy) after 9 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the exam date.

Collection Location: Where you registered for the exam

Procedure for collecting results: Present your ID card/Citizen ID. If a family member is collecting on your behalf, they must also bring the payment receipt.

Deadline for collecting TOEIC results: No later than 2 weeks after the results are available.

II. Receiving Your TOEIC Score Certificate

Most universities, organizations, and employers accept the TOEIC Score Certificate as proof of English proficiency. However, if you need an official TOEIC Certificate, you can request one from the authorized TOEIC testing center in your country.

• Each TOEIC Score Certificate allows candidates to apply for an official TOEIC Certificate by submitting a request and paying an administrative fee.

• The TOEIC Certificate only serves as proof that the candidate has taken the test and does not include detailed score information like the TOEIC Score Certificate or TOEIC Score Report.

III. How to Check TOEIC Results Online

As soon as the center receives the soft copy report from IIG, test scores will be automatically updated. On regular days, candidates can check their results after 6-7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

The lookup procedure includes:

• ID Card/Citizen ID/Passport

• Name (Example: Tuan)

In cases where your documents are marked as invalid (CMT KHL), candidates need to visit IIG Vietnam's office directly at 75 Giang Van Minh, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi. Phone: 1900 636 929 and present their new identification documents (ID Card/Citizen ID/Passport). After verification, IIG Vietnam will return the TOEIC International Score Certificate to the CLA office (not directly to candidates). This process typically takes 1-2 working weeks or longer.

IV. Schedule for Distributing TOEIC Results (Hard Copy) to Candidates

Typically, after 8-9 working days from the exam date (not including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), candidates can receive their score certificate (hard copy).

Alternatively, certificates are distributed within 10 days, and candidates must always present their original ID Card/Citizen ID/Passport.

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they need to bring the receipt/payment order.

Collection Hours: 8-11:30 AM, 2-4:30 PM on weekdays and Saturday mornings.

Candidates should note the exact deadline provided. Candidates who have registered through the CPN service will have their certificates compiled and sent via postal service within 1-3 days (after the hard copy is available).
