AI usage policy
Thank you for visiting and experiencing the product application system of Prepedu (hereinafter referred to as "Prep")!
Prep always aims to ensure that customers can use and experience the tools created by Prep in a safe and responsible manner while maximizing customers' control over how they use them. This policy applies to all websites and software on mobile devices, as well as all services provided by Prep. By using Prep's services, you agree to accept and comply with Prep's policies.
Prep has established general terms and policies that apply to all of its services. Violating any of Prep's policies, whether known or unknown to you during your use of Prep's products, may lead to actions against your account, including suspension or termination. Prep also strives to make its products safer and more useful by establishing a system that will refuse harmful instructions/suggestions or content and prohibit the creation of harmful content.
Prep believes that learning from real-world cases is a crucial component in creating and releasing increasingly safe AI systems. Prep cannot predict all beneficial or abusive uses of technology, which is why it actively monitors new abuse trends. Consequently, Prep's policies will be updated as customers use the services and if new legal regulations arise.
To maximize innovation and creativity, Prep believes that you should have the flexibility to use Prep's services as you see fit, as long as you comply with the law and do not harm yourself or others. When using any service provided by Prep that integrates AI systems, the following rules will apply:

Comply with Legal Regulations – for example, do not invade the privacy of others, engage in regulated activities without adhering to current regulations, or promote or participate in any illegal activities, including exploiting or harming children as well as developing or distributing illegal content, goods, or services.

Do Not Use Prep's Services to Harm Yourself or Others – for example, do not use Prep's services to encourage suicide or self-harm, develop or use weapons, injure others, destroy property, or engage in unlawful activities that violate the security of any services or systems.

Do Not Reuse or Distribute Results from Prep's Services to Harm Others or Misrepresent Information – for example, do not share results from Prep's services to convey misleading information; do not engage in deception, fraud, spamming, bullying, harassment, defamation, discrimination based on protected characteristics, child pornography, or promote violence, hatred, or suffering of others.

Respect Prep's Protective Measures – do not violate or undermine safety measures in Prep's services or related research conducted according to Prep's sharing and publishing policy.
To clarify the scope of operation, customers need to know and understand the purpose of using this AI system: We create an artificial intelligence (AI) system that analyzes and generates a cognitive representation of the world and uses the knowledge, experience, and information we collect to converse with you in order to enhance your foreign language skills, specifically in various fields, and improve your pronunciation skills.
Therefore, there will be content that our AI system will not continue to operate or provide if you mention or promote actions that violate legal regulations or are against the morals and cultural values of Vietnam, such as:

Content that addresses political activities or illegal activities according to Vietnamese law.

Activities that violate personal rights and children's rights.

Content related to environmental destruction or illegal exploitation of ecosystems and wildlife.

Activities and content that violate Vietnamese law and pose economic risks.

Content that undermines, misrepresents history or law, spreads negative information, distorts facts, promotes racism, or includes remarks that insult human rights and personal factors.

Content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights.

Content that contains or suggests unsafe activities (such as driving without a license) or activities requiring guidance from a qualified professional (like prescription medication).

Activities with fraudulent characteristics (such as scamming money, forging documents, or stealing personal information).

Content that contains remarks or content that insults the AI system.
We will implement different levels of warnings when you mention or lead to sensitive information, prohibited information, community-impacting information, and misleading information, depending on the specific situation. However, there will be three levels of warnings provided to you:

Level 1: When you violate any content or behavior specified in the list above, we will remind you of this behavior during the conversation with the BOT. Level 1 will only be warned and displayed when you violate our Policy a maximum of 2 times.

Level 2: After exceeding the allowed number of violations at Level 1, your violation will be classified as Level 2 when you are reminded for the third time. At this level, we will temporarily lock your AI usage function for (05) hours. During this time, other functions and courses you own will remain active.

Level 3: After being locked for (05) hours at Level 2, if you continue to violate any of the behaviors specified in the list above a maximum of (02) more times within (24) hours from when you return to using the service, your account will be permanently locked. At this point, please contact our support team for assistance and clarification.
Additionally, we also update the feature of limited responses during conversations and/or questions for each session, depending on the level and the topic content of each product/service we provide. This solution aims to help restrict conversations from going too far beyond the system's control, preventing users from being "offended or deceived" by the BOT during use. Furthermore, we do not guarantee that the information exchanged by the BOT with customers during use is ensured if the customers themselves exhibit behaviors, responses, or language that are not entirely appropriate. Therefore, we are ready to temporarily suspend any support or interaction if our AI System detects any unusual actions or content.
