My favorite celebrity in Vietnam has to be the talented singer Son Tung. His versatility and captivating performances in many music videos and live concerts attract many audiences, especially the youth. For the last 7 years, whenever he’s released a song it has become a hit instantly.

2. What kind of famous people do you often see in the news?

News in Vietnam often features a diverse range of famous figures, including actors, musicians, and successful entrepreneurs. They become notable for their achievements or contributions to society. For example, My Tam singer is very popular for her charitable work and is often mentioned in the news, both on TV and social media.

Well, only when their stories highlight positive influences or inspire others. Other than that, I do not really focus on these people much, like if I like somebody I would just care for that individual only.

It also depends on what type of information as well. Sometimes if those are related to their personal lives, I am quite suspicious and I don’t want to pay attention to it.

Uhm no actually. Being a star in the news seems intriguing, but the constant scrutiny and loss of privacy would be challenging. I value a more private life, where I can make a difference without the constant spotlight.
