I. Regarding Unauthorized Buying, Selling, and Sharing of Prep Courses

1. Information on the Issue

Recently, the team at prepedu.com has continuously received reports about certain individuals engaging in the unauthorized buying, selling, and sharing of Prep courses for illegal business purposes. Specifically, these individuals take advantage of the fact that many students, learners, and exam candidates preparing for English exams may not have the time to thoroughly research or are unaware of the terms and conditions of the courses, in order to pursue personal business goals.

• Firstly, buying, selling, and sharing Prep courses from these individuals directly violates the terms of service between Prep and students when registering for courses.
• Secondly, buying, selling, and sharing Prep courses undermines the efforts of the dedicated teachers and staff at Prep, who work tirelessly to support and accompany students on their learning journey.
• Finally, unauthorized buying, selling, and sharing of Prep courses can result in students being limited in certain features on Prep’s learning platform.

In response to this issue, Prep has implemented measures such as advising and reminding individuals engaging in these unauthorized activities. Additionally, Prep has also quickly supported students during the process of purchasing the courses.

However, some individuals have ignored the warnings from the Prep team and continue to buy, sell, and share Prep courses openly on social media platforms like Zalo, Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.

2. Regarding Unauthorized Accounts Buying and Selling Courses

In order to protect the rights of students, Prep will take stronger actions, specifically:

1. Locking accounts involved in the buying and selling of courses for illegal business purposes.
2. Proposing support solutions for students who have been victims of unauthorized buying, selling, and sharing of Prep courses.

II. Support Policy for Victims of Secondary Account Purchases

Prep understands that many students are eager to learn and want to own Prep courses in order to achieve high scores in English exams. However, due to financial difficulties, some students are unable to afford Prep courses and may not have received thorough advice about the benefits of becoming an official Preppy.

Taking advantage of this situation, many individuals have been selling or sharing secondary accounts—courses purchased from Prep and then resold or shared for communal use.

Understanding this, the Prep team is always ready to support victims of secondary account purchases by offering a support policy to help diligent students learn alongside Prep as an official Preppy:

• Students will receive detailed feedback and corrections from teachers, making it easier to correct mistakes and quickly improve their English scores.
• Students will get thorough answers to their questions from both teachers and the Prep team, just like a one-on-one learning experience.
• A personalized English learning path will be designed for each student based on their specific exam requirements.
• The Prep team will quickly resolve any issues that arise during the learning process, allowing Preppies to focus on their studies and achieve high scores with peace of mind.

III. Details of the Support Policy for Victims of Secondary Account Purchases

Prep will support the costs you have paid for purchasing a secondary account when you purchase the official course from Prep (up to 35% of the course fee). Specifically:

Tuition fee to be paid = Listed tuition fee - The amount you paid for the secondary account from a third party

(Where: the amount you have paid should not exceed 35% of the total listed tuition fee).

Note: You need to upload all the information proving the conversation regarding the purchase, sale, or sharing of the Prep course and the transfer receipt for the course to the form to receive support.
